Quick Start Guide

Please view the following topics to get started with your IdealTraits account right away. As always, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or schedule a 20 minute onboarding consultation.

  1. Visit IdealTraits.com and click on Agent Login located in the top right corner or just click here.
  2. Enter in the agent email/user name and password. Forgot your password? Click here

  2. Click on CANDIDATES > ADD NEW
  3. Enter the candidates First Name, Last Name, Email, Position, and Phone Number. (A unique username and password will be generated)
  4. Click the Save and Send Link button

Your candidate will now receive instructions to begin their assessment.

  3. Click on your candidates name

Assessment reports and resume will be available to view once completed by the candidate.

Before posting a job, its a good idea it is recommended that you fill out MY ACCOUNT in its entirety. Need help with this? Contact Us

  1. Click on POST JOBS > ADD NEW
  2. Fill out the Job Form (templates may be available as a reference, edit as necessary)
  3. Click NEXT if satisfied or SAVE AS DRAFT if you wish to complete later
  4. Preview your job post. If you wish to edit click Back to Edit otherwise click SAVE AND CONTINUE
  5. INCLUDED – Share your job on Social Media (additional login may be required). When satisfied click NEXT
  6. INCLUDED – Post your job free on job boards. Select by clicking the job boards for inclusion. When satisfied click NEXT
  7. *OPTIONAL – Sponsor your job and receive up to 5x more candidate traffic. Flexible budgets available.
  8. When satisfied click COMPLETE JOB POSTING

*OPTIONAL – Not required, however recommended in most job markets.
